Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Humaid, the Shoura Council approved in a session held here today the draft regulation of anti-narcotics and psychotropic substances presented by the Security Affairs Committee. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the session, the Council's Secretary General Dr. Homoud bin Abdulaziz Al-Badr said that the regulation will be submitted to the Cabinet for approval. He pointed out that the regulation includes a number of articles on combating the plight of drugs.
