The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to President Mamadou Tandja of Niger on his country's National Day. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch wished the president continuous health and happiness and the friendly people of Niger steady progress and prosperity. In his cable, the King also hailed the existing relations between the two countries.
