Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Eastern Region, patronized the First Forum on Administrative Development for Regions' Governorates which was held at the Grand Gallery at the Eastern Region's Governorate in Dammam today.
Addressing the gathering, Prince Mohammed said the idea of this forum comes in line with instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Abdullah and the Second Deputy Premier Prince Sultan and emanates from instructions of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior, who always underscores to Governors of Regions the importance of
administrative development and innovative encouragement to upgrade the level of office and field performance and provide the best services for citizens and expatriates in the Kingdom.
