Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, a mediator in the deadlock over Ukraine's presidential polls, said a repeat of the second round of the elections was the best solution to the crisis. "My opinion (on the solution to the crisis) is simple: elections have not yet been completed, we need to repeat the second round between the same candidates and give Ukrainians a chance to make a free choice," Kwasniewski said in a brief interview on private all-news tv channel TVN24. "Once we secure fairness of the procedure we will be sure that democracy has won," he added. --SP 2323 Local Time 2023 GMT
