Directorate of Narcotics Control Foils Smuggling 4,335,000 Amphetamine Pills

Official Spokesman of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) Captain Mohammad Al-Nujaidi said that security follow-up of activities of criminal networks, which plan to smuggle narcotics into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has resulted in exploiting a plan to smuggle large quantities of Amphetamine pills into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Follow-ups resulted in seizing 4,335,000 Amphetamine pills in coordination with the Saudi Customs at Jeddah Islamic Port, while hidden in a shipment of apple fruit.
Spokesperson of the GDNC said that citizen involved in the case was arrested, and being sent to the Public Prosecution.
