Saudi Press: Iran-Backed Terrorist Houthi Militias Continue Their Attacks with Missiles and a Bomb-Laden UAV on Civilian and Civilian Objects in Saudi Arabia
Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias continue their attacks, using missiles and a bomb-laden UAV against civilian and civilian objects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to its crimes against the Yemeni people. The world is well aware that Tehran's continuing in its nuclear and missile programs and arms smuggling to the Houthi militias is an extension of its policies of spreading chaos in the region and its blatant interference in the affairs of the countries of the region, which reaffirms the need for continued sanctions against the mullahs' regime and the implementation of Security Council resolutions banning supply of weapons to the militias, so that there are opportunities to restore the security and stability of this vital region of the world, the paper concluded. Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers reported in their editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved unprecedented and positive results in confronting Covid-19 pandemic due to generous and unremitting support being provided by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. In this regard, official Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali, said during the joint press briefing on the developments of the Covid-19 in Saudi Arabia, that our return to normal life is getting closer and we must continue to adhere to the precautionary measures, as half a million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine have been administrated, affirming that the plan continues to be expanded and all vaccines, administrated in the Saudi Arabia are safe and effective, the papers added. As a whole slew of countries in the world are witnessing the second wave of the pandemic and we, in Saudi Arabia should adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures without laxity, the papers further added.
