Two Iraqi construction workers were killed and four others injured when a car bomb detonated Tuesday near an Iraqi army camp in northern Iraq, Iraqi officials said. The explosion occurred at the Kiwan army camp outside the city of Kirkuk, some 170 kilometers (115 miles) north of Baghdad. The laborers were all doing construction work at the camp when the blast took place, said Maj. Gen. Anwar Mohammed Amin, who heads the Iraqi National Guard in Kirkuk.
