President Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt met here today with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Al-Safadi, who is currently on a visit to Cairo. In a statement following the meeting, Bassam Radhi, spokesperson of the Egyptian presidency said that aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed in addition to reviewing the latest developments in the region, particularly the situation in Libya and the peace process in the Middle East, confirming the importance of intensifying the international efforts to settle the Palestinian crisis according to the international legitimacy resolutions aiming to reviving the peace process and resuming negotiations.
