A police officer was killed Friday when a bomb rigged to a bicycle exploded in the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said. The blast occurred in an area where military convoys often pass in Srinagar city, said Neeraj Sharma, a spokesman for India's Border Security Force.
