Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO) announced today that it has issued the fourth tender for the year of 2020 to import 715,000 tons of wheat to be supplied during the period of November 2020 -January 2021. Governor of SAGO Eng. Ahmad Abdulaziz Al-Fares stated that the amount specified in the tender is distributed to 12 ships including 6 ships for Jeddah Islamic Port, 5 ships for King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam and one ship for Jizan Port. The Governor also said that this tender comes within the organization's plan to maintain the strategic reserve of wheat and meet the local demand from milling companies.
