Speaker of the Arab Parliament Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami strongly condemned the continuation of the cowardly terrorist attacks by the terrorist Al-Houthi militia against the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, targeting civilians by launching booby-trapped drones, the latest of which was the launch of four booby-trapped drones today. In a statement today, Dr. Al-Salami affirmed that these repeated terrorist attacks by Al-Houthi militia represent a flagrant violation of the United Nations Charter, international humanitarian law and international covenants and norms, and also a threat to the security and stability of the region. He held the Iranian regime fully responsible for these terrorist attacks by violating the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, especially Resolution No. 2216, banning the supply of weapons to Al-Houthi militia. He said that the continued smuggling of weapons by Iranian regime to Al-Houthi militia represents a blatant aggression against the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen and a direct threat to the security and stability of Yemen and neighboring countries, citing the Iranian regime's aggressive policy to inflame the war in Yemen and thwart all efforts to peacefully resolve the crisis, in the service of its subversive agenda in the region and the world.
