Grand Mufti of Kosovo Sheikh Naim Ternava supported the decision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to hold the Hajj of this year, with a limited number among those interested to perform Hajj rituals from all nationalities, residing inside the Kingdom, due to Coronavirus pandemic, as the decision indicates the awareness of the Kingdom's leadership as well as its keenness on the safety of the pilgrims. In a statement he made, the Grand Mufti expressed appreciation of the decision as it falls in line with the essence of the noble Islamic religion, which set forth to preserve the main five necessities: Religion, Soul, Brain, Honor, and Money, reaffirming his office supporting of the decision and committing to all directives issued by those responsible of organizing Hajj, for Kosovar citizens. He also extended thanks to the government of the Kingdom for its standing keenness and services accorded to all coming to perform Hajj, praying that may Allah put an end to this pandemic, all over the world.
