French Islamic Cultural Center Imam in Drancy, Vice-President of the French Imams Forum, Noureddine Mohammed Tawil praised the kingdom of Saudi Arabia's decision to hold Hajj for this year with a limited number for different nationalities who are inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia due to COVID-19 pandemic. He said that This decision confirms the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince on Muslims affairs, appreciating the great attention for Hajj by limiting the number of pilgrims and adhering to precautionary and preventive measures in light of COVID-19. He added that this decision proves that the human being is first in the eyes of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its leadership that preserves the safety of pilgrims and saves lives by limiting the spread of the virus. At the end of his speech, he pointed out that the Kingdom's government's role in serving the Two Holy Mosques is something that only an ungrateful person denies.
