Health Ministry: 3045 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Health said in a statement today that 3045 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 101914 cases, including 28385 active cases receiving necessary medical care. Of these, there are 1564 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. As many as 1026 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 72817.
The Ministry also pointed out that the cases confirmed today represent 45% for non-Saudis and 55% for Saudi nationals, adding that the number of the new deaths is 36, bringing the total death toll to 712.
With regard to the tests at the laboratories, the Health Ministry disclosed that 25036 new tests are conducted, bringing the total number of tests to 958237 until now.
The Ministry called on whoever has symptoms or would like to check-up, to use the self-assessment service in MAWID application, and inquire or consult the Health Center (937) around the clock.
