The Minister of Justice and President of the Supreme Council of Magistracy Sheikh Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Samani directed to launch a remote litigation service, approving its procedural manual, in the framework of the ministry's endeavor to complete shift to digitally-administered system, speed up prompt performance and better outputs, in addition to reactivate and integrate online litigation set, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The newly incepted service envisions to preserve all judicial safeguards, in accordance with governance references compatible with such a sophisticated judicial set. There shall be two sorts for remote litigation: Electronic appealing through the ministry's platform and the other is appealing session held via audio-visual communications. Such step has been materialized by the ministry, in coordination with the Supreme Council of Magistracy.
