Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives Justice Minister and judiciary's officials

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Yamamah Palace here today the Minister of Justice and Chairman of Supreme Council of Magistracy Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani; President of Board of Grievances Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Nassar; Chief of Supreme Court Sheikh Ghaihab bin Mohammed Al-Ghaihab; President of Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution Sheikh Mohammed bin Fahd Al Abdullah; members of Supreme Council of Magistracy; chiefs and members of the Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and Administrative Justice, and the branches of the Ministry of Justice, Board of Grievances and Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution, who came to greet the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
At the outset of the reception, they all listened to a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques emphasized the importance of the judiciary and its status, and that the judiciary in the Kingdom derives its authority from the provisions of the Islamic Sharia, according to the texts of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and this is stated in the Statute of Governance, which is the State's reference since the reign of Late King Abdulaziz (May Allah bestow mercy upon his soul), stressing that the State continues this approach along with its keenness on the resolution of disputes and lawsuits in a rapid time.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques pointed to the Stateâ€TMs interest in the judiciary and continued ensuring of its independence, and the implementation of its provisions on everyone without exception.
The King urged all to pay attention to citizens and apply the provisions of Sharia and regulations without negligence.
At the end of the reception, the Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Magistracy, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for holding this meeting, and his interest in the justice system.
The audience was attended by Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, and Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior.
