The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasted the weather for today as active surface winds in the regions of Eastern Province, Tabuk, Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, Makkah, and Madinah, while thunderstorms from medium to heavy in Jazan, Najran, Assir, and Al-Baha. In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly northerly to northerly at speed of 10-40 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is westerly northerly to northerly at speed of 10-40 km/h.
