Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali said that 1351 new COVID-19 cases were reported today in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a press conference today, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said that the new cases were reported in many cities and governorates in the Kingdom. Dr. Al-Abdulaali also said that the total cases tested positive for COVID-19 in the Kingdom reached 22,753 cases, of which 19,428 cases are active cases receiving medical care, and their health condition is mostly stable; with the exception of 123 cases receiving intensive care. The number of new recoveries is 210, bringing the total recoveries to 3163 cases. The number of new deaths is 5, bringing the total deaths to 162 cases. Dr. Al-Abdulaali also said that the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases worldwide is more than 3,200,000 cases, of which 985,000 cases have been cured to date. The COVID-19 death toll has jumped to 228,000.
