Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Health, affirmed that the curfew was partially lifted based on the indicators confirming the citizens and residents' high commitment of social distancing and health precautionary measures, pointing out that the medical teams carried out about 2,000 tours of active screening to the targeted districts. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Minister stressed that the virus is spreading in various countries of the world and in all regions of the Kingdom. "Danger still exists despite the partial curfew. This virus is danger to everyone, particularly those who are over age of 65 years old with chronic diseases or respiratory illnesses," Al-Rabiah said. "We are all responsible. If you leave your home, you must wear a face mask to prevent infection spreading among people," he confirmed, thanking heroes of health. He concluded that the COVID-19 Follow-up Committee daily reviews the latest updates as well as indicators related to the spread of the pandemic.
