The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf( has revealed the registration of private sector enterprises for more than 51,000 male and female citizens in the "Employment Support" initiative, which was launched by the Fund to support wages of Saudis working in the private sector up to 50% of the employee's monthly salary for two years. The initiative supports all jobs, professions and all economic sectors. Hadaf initiative support starts from 30% to 50% of the employee's monthly salary for a period of two years, and enterprises receive additional support of 10% when employing females and disabled persons, employment in non-major cities and in small, micro and medium enterprises, provided that the maximum support does not exceed 50% of the monthly salary for the employee or 3000 riyals, whichever is less.
