The main Saudi Stock Exchange Index closed the trading up 44.75 points to reach 6541.47 points, with transactions worth more than SR 3.9 billion. The number of shares traded reached more than 199 million shares, which were shared by more than 187,000 deals in which the shares of 149 companies registered a rise in their value, while the shares of 40 companies declined. ALALAMIYA Companies, BURUJ, SAFCO, ZAMIL INDUST, and SAUDI ELECTRICITY , were the highest gainers, while those of SAUDI CEMENT, SHARQIYAH DEV, ASTRA INDUSTRIAL, Saudi Fransi, and NCB, the lowest in trading, with the rates of rise and fall ranging between 9.90% and 4.73%. The shares of Sira, Alinma, ZAIN KSA, Saudi Aramco, and Al-Rajhi, were the most active in quantity. The shares of Sira, Alinma, Al-Rajhi, SABIC, and Saudi Aramco, were the most active in value. The Saudi Secondary Index (Nomu) closed the day up 248.95 points to reach 7793.52 points, with more than SR 30 million traded, and the number of shares traded was 422,000, within 1128 transactions.
