Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf Thursday night returned back to Pakistan after an eleven-day foreign visit, officials said. Acting President Mohammadmian Soomro and senior officials received the president at the Chaklala Air Base near Islamabad. During his visit, Musharraf addressed the UN General Assembly in New York and held meetings with President George Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh there. The president then flew into Holland and held talks with Dutch leaders. On the last leg of his foreign trip, Musharraf visited Italy. He also met Pope John Paul.
