The Ministry of Health announced that every traveler who came to the Kingdom from the date of March 13, 2020 onwards must remain in the home quarantine and will be granted medical leave equivalent to the duration of his/her quarantine. The Ministry of Health has identified other countries from which the arrivals must remain in the home quarantine, and they will be given medical leave on certain dates, as the Ministry has determined the names of these countries and the dates via an infographic that was published in its account on Twitter, as the following: February 28 and onwards for those coming from China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Turkey, Singapore, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran. March 8 and onwards for those coming from France, Spain, Indonesia, Switzerland, and Germany. March 11 and onwards for those coming from the UK, Austria, Denmark, the US, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. The Ministry indicated that they can obtain the medical leave through the Sehaty App, through the link: http://onelink.to/yjc3nj, explaining that it is possible to enter the Sehaty application and click on the sick leave option, as the application interface will display the details of the sick leave from, its duration, the Health facility where the examination was and the name of the doctor etc., then click on the share icon at the bottom of the page and choose the application you want share through or the option to print and review the medical leave. These precautions come in continuation of the efforts made to deal with the novel coronavirus, and in continuation of the preventive measures applied in order to preserve the health and safety of all members of society and to limit and prevent the spread of the virus. The Ministry of Health called on everyone to communicate with Health Service Center 937 for any inquiries about the virus, stressing that information is to be taken from official sources.
