The Grand Mufti of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sheikh Mustafa Ceric has praised precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to suspend Umrah and visiting visas to protect the visitors of the Holy Mosques and prevent the spread of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This came in a cable sent to Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh. The Grand Mufti confirmed in the cable his support for all precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that they come from the keenness of Kingdom's government to keep the security and stability of the Two Holy Mosques and to save lives from this virus. He also added that these measures come in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic Sharia to keep the safety of Muslims, praying to Allah Almighty to protect this land under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince.
