A number of Islamic Centers and Associations in Indonesia have praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's precautionary measures to prevent the infection and spread of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), including the temporary decision of suspending Umrah and visiting visas. Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh received cables of 44 Islamic centers, associations, and organizations where they confirmed their support to the Kingdom's decision to temporarily suspend Umrah and visiting visas to protect the nation from coronavirus. They also added that these measures come from the keenness of the Kingdom's government to keep the security and stability of the Two Holy Mosques and to save lives from this virus.
