The General Supervisor of the Organizing Committee for the Diriyah Festival for Classic Cars 2020, Dr. Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Mas'ari, stressed the importance of the Classic Car Festival hosted by the Diriyah Governorate during the period from February 29 to 27, with the direct support of Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman, Governor of Diriyah, under the auspices of Ad-Diriyah Gate Development Authority, organized by the Ad-Diriyah Archaeological Foundation. Dr. Al-Mas'ari revealed that the Diriyah Car Festival, the largest classic car of its kind in the Middle East, witnesses the participation of about 500 classic and rare cars owned by individuals from Saudi Arabia, the countries of the Cooperation Council, Jordan, Lebanon, Italy and other countries, all of whom came from their homes to participate in this festival, to show off what they love. At a ceremony attended by the most prominent owners of classic and old cars in the world. On the sidelines of the festival, an auction of classic and old cars will be organized, in addition to organizing entertainment activities for adults and children, including an exhibition of plastic art, souvenir bazaar, family and children competitions, and various entertainment activities. And the judging of the various festival contests for the best classic cars is 50 judges, including 25 judges from Saudi Arabia, the Gulf states and the Arab countries, in addition to 25 judges from Europe, Africa and America.
