Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's principled and firm position towards the Palestinian cause is seen as the cornerstone of strengthening resilience of the Palestinian people to confront the crimes of Israeli occupation. The paper added that Saudi Arabia is continuing supporting the Palestinian cause at all political, economic and social levels to achieve a fair, comprehensive and permanent solution that protects the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and ensures the establishment of their independent state with East Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as its capital.
