Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, has held a luncheon in honor of Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, on the occasion of the end of his tenure as GCC Secretary General. In his statement on this occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the efforts of Dr. Al-Zayani during his tenure as GCC Secretary General, his distinguished role in enhancing cooperation relations among the GCC countries and joint Gulf action as well as his contribution in developing the Gulf work action. For his part, Dr. Al-Zayani thanked the Minister of Foreign Affairs, recalling the support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia leadership to him during his tenure. He expressed his thanks to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The luncheon was attended by a number of senior officials.
