At least two persons were killed and four injured Sunday as a suspected home-made bomb exploded in the suburbs of Sylhet city in northeastern Bangladesh, local police said. Witnesses said the explosion rocked buildings in the neighbourhood spreading panic in the residential district. The device accidentally detonated while being made in a private house, first reports said. Four people were detained by police for questioning while the entire area was sealed off by special security forces.
