King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's project for clearing mines (Masam) in Yemen demined 752 mines during the fourth week of September 2019, including eight antipersonnel mines, 182 anti-tank, 560 unexploded ordnance and two explosive devices. Since the beginning of the project, 91,389 landmines have been dismantled after they had been planted by Houthi militias, in Yemen, claiming lives, serious injuries or amputation of children, women and the elderly.
