The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasts the weather for today to be rainy thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in Najran, Jazan, Asir, Baha, and Makkah Regions.
The Authority's report states that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly northerly to westerly at speed of 18-42 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is easterly southerly to easterly at speed of 10-30 km/h.
