Heads of Arab Civil Defense will hold their 17th conference in Marrakesh, Morocco tomorrow to discuss updates on environment pollutions, and the role of civil defense bodies in implementing Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030. On the agenda, the discussion will be on a draft Arab cooperation agreement in search and rescue and a unified code to monitor the import, transport and trading of firecrackers. Regional and international bodies will participate in the conference including The League of Arab States, International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO), The Arabian Center for Natural Disaster Risk Reduction, The General Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, and Naif Arab University for Security Sciences.
