The inter-ministerial meeting of the ministers of science and technology of OIC member countries will be held in Islamabad on September 7-8, 2004, according to Pakistan's Science and Technology Minister Prof. Dr. Attaru Rehman, who is also Chairman of Higher Education Commission. In a press statement here today, he said the ministers would discuss ways of enhancing cooperation in the spheres of science and technology in the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC). Rehman said the meeting would deliberate upon the development of science and technology in the Muslim countries.
