Members of the UN Security Council today strongly condemned the targeting of Abha International Airport with a projectile by the Houthi militia, which resulted in the injury of 26 civilians, including children and women of different nationalities. The members of the Council reiterated that this attack and the threat of further attacks on the Kingdom and the region as a whole constituted a violation of international law and a threat to international peace and security. The Council stressed the need to hold accountable the perpetrators, organizers and financiers of these heinous acts.
