Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorial entitled '' Development of the air transport industry'' wrote that the General Authority of Civil Aviation is working to promote and develop national industries in the field of air transport, which is an important support for achieving the Kingdom's vision 2030, and building a global airport system with advanced modern services. The paper pointed in this regard to the royal order issued yesterday appointing President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation at the rank of minister which confirmed the interest of the state in the aviation sector. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled '' The foolishness of two Hamads of Qatar" wrote that hundreds of Qatari people who wish to perform Umrah rituals still fear the retaliation of Qatari authorities after their return home. The paper noted that it is not the first time that Doha politicizes Umrah as it did before in Hajj, which was met firmly and forcefully by Riyadh stressing no politicization of religious rituals.
