Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet's Session

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired at Al-Salam palace in Jeddah on Tuesday the session held by the Cabinet.
At the outset of the meeting, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed thanks to Allah The Almighty for offering all living Muslims the chance to attend this year's holy month of Ramadan, the month of mercy and forgiveness, appealing to Him to accept their fasting and overnight worshipping and help them achieve good deeds in this blessed time when rewards for good deeds are doubled.
On the other hand, the monarch appealed to God to accept the worshipping of his guests who came to perform Umrah and forgive them. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also instructed the Government and private providers to offer millions of worshippers who came to attend Umrah and visit the Prophet (pbuh) the best services in an endeavor to provide them with the needed security, safety and comfort.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also thanked their Majesty, Heads of State, Emirs, the leaders of sisterly and friendly countries as well as his fellow citizens for congratulating him on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, calling on Allah to help everybody to successfully complete fasting and overnight prayers.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the meeting, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Shabanah, the Minister of Media, explained that the Cabinet extended its felicitations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince and Saudi citizens as well as expatriates in the Kingdom in addition to the peoples of the Arab and Muslim nations on the holy month of Ramadan, appealing to Allah The Almighty to accept the good deeds of everyone and return the holy month of Ramadan next year with blessings and good to them.
The Cabinet was briefed on the financial figures included in the quarterly report of the general budget of the State for the fiscal year 1440/1441 H. (2019), reflecting an amelioration of the general budget's performance due to the effort being exerted by the Government to implement the reforms aiming to achieve economic diversification, and financial sustainability and including the indices that reflect the Government's determination of transparency, financial disclosure, enhancing the general budget governance and control and proceeding with achieving the objectives of the financial equilibrium program.
