Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Commitment to moderation and combating terrorism'' wrote that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud stressed in his speech addressed to Muslims on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan that the Kingdom has confronted extremism and terrorism with all strength and determination, drying up its sources and eradicating its roots. The paper noted that the Kingdom has called for developing collective international strategies to find most effective ways to contain this phenomenon of terrorism. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled ''Tolerance and moderation'' wrote that the Kingdom since its foundation has been calling for the preservation of tolerance and moderation and exerting all efforts to serve Islam, Muslims and the issues of the Islamic world.
