Ten Killed in Blast in Assam

A bomb exploded during an Independence Day parade in India's remote northeast on Sunday, killing at least 10 people.
The outlawed United Liberation Front of Asom was suspected
of being behind the attack in Assam state, said Assam
Inspector General of Police Khagen Sharma.
"Ten to 12 people are killed and several injured, at
least five critically," Sharma told The Associated Press.
