Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial entitled "Prospects of Saudi-Iraqi Cooperation" that since the return of relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, the cooperation between the two countries has been going forward in various fields, as the KSA announced of financial support estimated more than one billion Dollars for troubled projects in Iraq, in addition to establishing of an integrated sports city there as a gift provided by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the Iraqi people. The paper added that the support of relations between the two countries included steps of opening three Saudi consulates in Iraq, saying in the light of such fruitful cooperation, many interests for the two countries would be achieved in the next few years. On another context, Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the Qatari regime has become increasingly confused due to its erroneous and turbulent policies. The paper added that among the examples of such confusions was sudden decision of Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad to withdraw from recent Arab Summit held in Tunis, as objection against the condemnation of Turkish and Iranian interference in the affairs of Arab countries.
