Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues on local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper in its editorials wrote about the 30th Arab Summit, which will take place in Tunisia in the midst of the events of the Arab nation at various levels, especially on the crucial issues and developments that have taken place. Okaz newspaper in its editorial entitled (Saudi Arabia and Tunisia, Growing Relationships) said: The visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Tunisia reflects the distinguished relations between the two countries, affirming the constant desire of the two leaderships to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance them to high levels of coordination and integration. It added that the relations between the two countries are still growing steadily, in the presence of different mechanisms and structures that frame these relations in all its political, commercial, security and military aspects, which are governed by a number of conventions and coordination treaties. The paper pointed out that the Saudi Fund for Development, since 1975 has had a strong partnership with Tunisia and financed projects in a number of areas in vital sectors. Saudi investments in Tunisia have remained a prominent sign of this cooperation, in addition to the trade exchange, which witnessed a remarkable development in recent years and reached the end of 2018, an increase of 52% compared to 2017.
