Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the extraordinary efforts being exerted by the Arab Coalition to restore the legitimacy in Yemen have greatly alleviated the suffering of the Yemeni people from the inhuman practices being committed by Iranian-backed Houthi militias. The paper added that telephone call made between HRH the Crown Prince and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Yemen, as the US Secretary of State thanked the HRH Crown Prince for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's support to the efforts of UN Special Envoy Martin Griffiths to push forward the political process in Yemen in addition to affirming during call that the parties should respect the agreements reached in Sweden, has obviously confirmed the sound approach adopted by the Arab Coalition in Yemen through its support for the political process and its support as well for the legitimate forces to restore Yemen from the Iranian-backed Houthi militias.
