Yemeni political parties and political leaders affirmed today their support for any efforts to achieve sustainable peace in Yemen according to the international reference. According to the official Yemeni news agency, the leaders of the parties during a meeting with the UN Secretary General's Envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffith, pointed out that the recent escalation of the Iranian-backed Houthi militia and their frequent missiles attacks on the territory of Saudi Arabia confirms their lack of seriousness in responding to these efforts, calling UN envoy to implement Security Council resolutions that identified those responsible for obstructing and disrupting the political process in the country.
