The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has been working hard on a huge national project that aims to achieve the main objective of sustainability in the water sector, which requires many procedures that will contribute to the development of the sector based on modern technologies and management of various water projects in addition to the development of the capabilities and skills of human resources working in this sector. Saudi Water Forum in Riyadh, titled " Sustainable Water for Sustainable Development", represents an important step towards achieving the ministry's main objective in this regard. In participation of local and international experts in the water sector, a number of workshops, scientific sessions and panel discussions on the best means of ensuring the implementation of the comprehensive national water plan on the ground are scheduled to be held in the forum. The first workshop confirms the seriousness of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in its efforts to implement the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom Vision 2030 and the National Transformational Program 2020. The ministry looks forward to come out with recommendations contributing to a water sustainability. The second workshop seeks to highlight the importance of using modern technologies to improve the performance of the mechanism of water distribution.
