The second parliamentary friendship committee of the Shura Council headed by its Chairman Dr.Ghazi bin Faisal bin Zagr, held here yesterday a dinner party for a number of ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ceremony was attended by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Ambassador of the Republic of Ireland, Ambassador of the Republic of Nigeria, Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, Ambassador of the Republic of the Gambia, Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia, Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Ambassador of the Republic of Niger, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin and a number of members of the second parliamentary friendship committee.
Dr. Zaqer, welcomed the guests, and pointed out that the Second Parliamentary Friendship Committee sought to establish this ceremony to build bridges of communication and activate its role in enhancing parliamentary diplomacy.
During the ceremony, they discussed several topics of mutual interest.
