Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, will lay tomorrow the foundation stone of the first phase of the project of Taif-Baha-Abha Road. The first phase of the project will be implemented at a cost of about SR 600 million. In a statement to SPA, Dr Jubara bin Eid Al-Sureisiri, the Minister of Transport, highlighted the great attention given by the Saudi officials to the roads sector. He noted that Taif-Baha-Abha Road will positively contribute to the development of the regions of Makkah, Baha and Assir. Dr Al-Sureisiri said the first phase of the project will be implemented within three years.
