The Grand Imam of of Al-Azhar Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb has extened thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the generosity accorded to him during his recently-concluded official visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pointing that the meeting he held with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques affirmed the monarch's great love for Egypt and his keeness on permanent relations between the two sisterly countries, noting that the continuous cooperation between them should be increased to face the challenges against the Arab and Islamic nations. This came during a press conference following the dinner hosted at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh by the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in honor of Imam of Al-Azhar and his accompanying delegation, which was attended by the General Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, President of Council of Senior Ulema and General Presidency of Religious Research and Ifta Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh and anumber of ministers, Ulema, heads of courts and Imams.
