In the presence of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Prime Minister of Tunisia Youssef Chahed, two agreements and a memorandum of understanding between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Tunisia were signed at Al-Awja Palace in Ad-Diriyah today. Chairman of Saudi Fund for Development Ahmad bin Aqeel Al-Khatib and Tunisian Minister of Development, Investment and International Cooperation Ziad Al-Athari co-signed a loan agreement for integrated agricultural development project in Joumin, Ghazala and Sejnane (Phase 2) between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Tunisia and a loan agreement for improving the supply of potable water in Bizerte rural area between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Tunisia. They also signed a memorandum of understanding for the maintenance of King Abdulaziz Mosque in Tunis between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Tunisia. On the Saudi side, the signing ceremony was attended by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region; Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Dr. Musaad bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers; Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, who also serves as guide of the Tunisian Prime Minister; Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubair, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Saudi Ambassador to Tunisia Mohamed bin Mahmoud Al-Ali. On the Tunisian side, the event was attended by Tunisian Minister of Commerce Omar Al-Bahi, Minister of Relations with House of Representatives and Tunisian Government Spokesman Iyad Dahmani and Tunisian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Lutfi bin Qaid.
