Dr. Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al-Owaisheq, Assistant Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Political Affairs and Negotiations, met at the headquarters of the GCC secretariat general with the official in charge of East African affairs at the British foreign office Julian Riley and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed the UK strategy for the Horn of Africa in addition to issues of mutual concern to the two sides.
