The Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL), Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul-Karim Al-Isa, called on, in the name of the League and its peoples, to replace struggle with dialogue and understanding based on mutual respect rather than policies of hegemony and superiority. He stressed that it is a message expresses about 1.8 billion Muslims who are committing to their religion which calls for ethics and values of peace and promotes the building of bridges of peace and human harmony in all issues, foremost of which are the rights of minorities, women and men, migration causes, national integration and trafficking in human beings as well as problems of poverty, ignorance and others, requiring from everyone to do more work for them. This came in a speech delivered by Dr. Al-Isa on behalf of the Islamic peoples in the activities of the Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples being hosted by the Italian city of Rimini with the participation of political and religious leaders and scientific and intellectual activities in the presence of more than 5000 people from around the world.
