The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched today its first awareness messages for pilgrims during this year's Hajj season, in cooperation with the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) through its website (www.spa.gov.sa) and its official accounts through social media platforms to various local, regional, and international media centers. The first message explained that a permit for Hajj is given to individuals once every five years to facilitate for pilgrims, and be in line with numbers of pilgrims with the capacity of the Hajj system, while the second message indicated that the free phone number 8004304444 was allocated around the clock to answer inquiries of pilgrims. It is worth noting that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to disseminate its messages via Saudi Press Agency (SPA) in Arabic, English, French, Russian, Chinese and Persian languages, and be transmitted through Infographics.
